At Qarshi Health Shop, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Ensure that all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached before placing them securely in the original shipping packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
